Our Leadership Team

Health Tech Navigators is led by a cross-disciplinary team of healthcare leaders, medtech experts, operators, analysts, and innovation strategists.

Our founding members bring decades of experience across clinical care, surgical innovation, regulatory strategy, venture development, market analysis, knowledge architecture, commercialization, and healthcare systems design.

HTN was built to help promising healthcare technologies move from idea to adoption with fewer blind spots. We work with innovators, investors, and strategic partners to identify the clinical, operational, financial, and market barriers that often determine whether a solution is used in the real world.

Our mission is to help better healthcare technologies reach the patients, clinicians, and systems they were built to serve.

Chief Executive Officer

Walker Lambiotte

With more than three decades in medtech and healthcare leadership, Walker has led commercial scale-ups, national account strategies, and successful exits across startups and Fortune 500s. At Stryker and Rx.Health, he built and led high-performing teams, secured major health system contracts, and drove market adoption at scale. At HTN, he leads strategy and commercialization efforts. Earlier in his career, Walker also played professional basketball in Japan—an experience that shaped his global business acumen and cross-cultural leadership style. (Co-founder)

Chief Operating Officer (& CEO Europe, Africa, and Asia)

Steve Marsh

Steve Marsh leads HTN’s expansion across Europe, Africa, and Asia, driving global operations and strategy from his base in Stockholm. With over 20 years in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and surgical technology including leadership roles at Medtronic, Human Xtensions, and On Target Labs, Steve brings deep expertise in commercialization, cross-border partnerships, and market access. At HTN, he builds the bridges that connect global innovators to the U.S. market and align investors with high-impact opportunities worldwide. (Co-founder)

Jim Gibbons

James Gibbons brings over 25 years of experience in wealth management, 401(k) strategy, and financial planning for entrepreneurs and executives. As Founder of Alpha Pointe Capital, he has worked closely with startups, growth-stage companies, and public firms to align financial strategy with long-term value creation.

A key figure in the Chesapeake region’s innovation ecosystem, James serves on multiple advisory boards and plays an active role in connecting capital, talent, and opportunity. He recognized early the potential for stronger alignment between innovators and investors—and has worked ever since to strengthen that bridge. At HTN, James supports financial modeling, investor readiness, and strategic growth planning for emerging healthcare ventures. (Co-founder)

Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Ivan George

Ivan George has worked at the intersection of clinical care, healthcare operations, and strategic innovation since the early 1980s. With a leadership career spanning hospital systems, academic medicine, and industry-facing initiatives, he has helped shape decisions in operating rooms, boardrooms, and innovation pipelines alike. His experience includes leading perioperative services, guiding vendor and partner strategy, and building scalable education and evaluation platforms used by clinicians and health systems across the country. As founder and CTO of HTN, Ivan leads strategic design and domain validation—bringing decades of system-level insight to support smarter innovation and investment in health technology. (Founder)

Jameson Gibbons, MBA

Jameson Gibbons supports HTN’s internal operations, business planning, and engagement strategy. With a background in business management and startup operations, he helps translate complex client needs into structured workflows and deliverables across HTN’s consulting and assessment teams. His work ensures organizational alignment, quality execution, and scalable delivery across projects serving both innovators and investors. (Co-Founder)

Director, Production Strategy & Report Quality

Joshua George

Joshua George serves as HTN’s Director of Insight Operations & Editorial Strategy, where he co-leads the development, refinement, and quality control of HTN’s flagship deliverables. With a background in editorial oversight across a range of domains including published work in medical circles, Josh brings fresh perspective, precision, and organizational discipline to HTN’s insight generation process. Though new to healthcare, his grasp of content architecture and quality standards has made him an essential force behind HTN’s rigorous, human-centered reports. Prior to HTN, Joshua ran a national nonprofit where he led multi-state events with thousands of participants. (Co-Founder)

Director, Sales and Marketing, North America

Meghan Fishman

Meghan Fishman is Director of Sales and Marketing, North America at Health Tech Navigators. She brings more than a decade of frontline experience in surgical robotics, wound care, and acute care capital sales from Intuitive Surgical and Medline Industries, where she led clinical sales teams, supported complex OR integrations, and built durable executive relationships across major health systems. Earlier in her career she worked in hedge fund operations at State Street and as a financial analyst in Boston commercial real estate, which gives her a direct feel for how institutional investors and capital allocators think about risk, return, and execution.

At HTN, Meghan is our pipeline deveopment lead. She builds and qualifies pipeline, opens new relationships with innovators, investors, and health systems, and keeps opportunities moving by turning technical and clinical detail into clear, fundable next steps.
